No. This year, we will be offering two events. View from the Summit, taking place on April 22 and IG Apex Summit coming in September. Both events will be offered virtually this year.
IG Apex Summit will return live, when it’s safe to do so, in 2022.
2021 View from the Summit will focus on inspiration, connection and motivation. The agenda will deliver presentations from keynote speakers, senior executives, and engagement from highly successful IG teams. A large part of the program will be structured around promoting interactive and organic connection and networking with your peers and colleagues. CE credits will not be available at View from the Summit, but these will return in the fall.
IG Apex Summit is the same great conference you’ve grown to expect. The agenda will deliver world class keynote speakers, ed-track sessions (CE credits), Network Exchange, social engagement, top notch entertainment, and more face-to-face networking opportunities.
A virtual conference is hosted entirely online for attendees to participate from anywhere in the world. Both events will be delivered on a digital platform, Intrado, which simulates a live event. You can expect the same top-level content that you’d find at the in-person event.
The best part of a virtual conference is that sessions can be offered on-demand. Most sessions will be available shortly after the conference ends for a limited time.
Length of on-demand will vary per session so be sure to check early to avoid missing a session you’d like to see.

You will receive an email with log-in instructions closer to the conference date.
If you plan to convene with colleagues/peers for the virtual IG Apex Summit, please follow social-distancing regulations. Each attendee will still require their own unique log-in to actively participate. Due to potential bandwidth limitations, we suggest attending the conference at home.

Yes! Attendance at both events is encouraged and pricing is designed to offer discounts to attend both events.
Although these are individual events, the events work together to ensure ample connection, inspiration and education throughout the year. There are three registrations to choose from for these two events.
All Access Pass - $299
This registration includes access to both events. You will save $100 by purchasing the All Access Pass compared to purchasing individual registrations.

Registration fees for the All Access Pass and individual View from the Summit registration fees will be charged after View from the Summit.
Individual IG Apex Summit fees will be charged after IG Apex Summit. These registration fees will be applied to your commission account, in full as one payment depending on your selected registration.
Registration for View from the Summit opens mid-March. The All Access Pass and individual registration for View of the Summit will be available. Announcements and links will be provided here, on the IG Apex Summit website, as well as within View from the Summit and IG Apex Summit email communications. Inclusions depend on which registration you choose. The All Access Pass will include registration for both 2021 View from the Summit and IG Apex Summit events while, plus each of their on-demand session. Individual event registrations will include access to that specific event along with its on-demand sessions.

Once you register, you will receive an email confirmation. Detailed instructions on how to connect to the conference will be sent to you closer to the event date.
If you have purchased an All Access Pass, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration for both events. Login information will be sent a few days before each event.
All registrations are non-refundable and will be charged after the conference based on the various registration types. If you cannot make it to the conference, some sessions will be available on-demand after the conference, which you will be able to access with your registration information.
Yes! We will offer live sessions.
There will be no CE credits available for View from the Summit event as this conference will focus on connection, engagement, motivation and inspiration.
IG Apex Summit will include CE credits – more information will be available over the summer. Please check back for updates after View from the Summit concludes.
There will be dedicated French sessions available along with some sessions offered in Simultaneous Interpretation (SI). We offer SI through an external vendor called Interprefy, which will be embedded into the Intrado platform for easy on/off use.
Yes. We are incorporating engagement and interaction into both virtual conferences.
Each conference has various networking opportunities in place for group and one-on-one networking with colleagues and business partners.
View from the Summit does not offer Network Exchange but it will return in the fall with IG Apex Summit. Network Exchange is where you will find exhibit halls and exhibit booths hosting many of our top business partners. The exhibit halls are a meeting place to chat and interact with colleagues. Each exhibit booth will host a specific partner and in the booth you will find information videos or demos, handouts and downloadable information, and booth staff to chat live with.
Yes! You’ll find more resources at our Resource Centre located off the Main Lobby. All downloads will be added to your virtual briefcase to revisit during the conference or download to your computer.
The most vital thing to do once the platform is available is to complete your Intrado profile. This is where other attendees will learn more about you and be able to better engage with you based on your interests and goals. The platform will be available a day before the conference so you’ll be able to familiarize yourself with the platform before the event kicks off. More details to follow in our View from the Summit communications closer to the conference date.
Please be sure that you are using Google Chrome to access the conference. The platform will not function on Internet Explorer. To switch your default browser to Google Chrome, follow these instructions.
Intrado is a web-based platform. To attend, you must have access to internet and a web browser. This can be on your computer, laptop or mobile device although we do suggest attending on a computer for the best experience. Although most browsers will work, Intrado runs on Google Chrome. Please DO NOT use Internet Explorer.
Yes you can, although we do suggest using a computer for optimal connection, interaction and viewing.
In the Main Lobby, you’ll find a link to a Help Desk room where you’ll find live staff to assist you in real time from both IG Wealth Management and Intrado. This area will also be linked to our Resource Centre which hosts additional information and downloads.
